Group Training

Our group training sessions bring people together for challenging, enjoyable workouts that focus on strength, conditioning and mobility. With a range of workout classes and fitness classes available, sessions can be adapted to suit different experience levels and training goals.

Personal Training

Our personal training programmes are built around the individual, combining exercise coaching, nutrition guidance and clear goal setting. We use experience and accurate progress tracking to help members train with purpose and make steady improvements they can actually see.

Gym Membership

We keep gym membership straightforward, giving members access to a well-equipped training space with generous opening hours throughout the week. For anyone comparing gym membership options, we offer a practical place to train without the queues and overcrowding found in many busy gyms.

First Class Fitness Gym

Gym Only

The Gym Only membership is ideal for people who prefer to follow their own training routine and make full use of our equipment independently. With extended opening hours and a spacious gym floor, members have the freedom to train at a time that suits their schedule.

Gym & Recovery

Our Gym & Recovery membership combines full gym access with dedicated recovery facilities, including our sauna and ice bath. It gives members the opportunity to make recovery part of their regular routine rather than treating it as an afterthought.

Sauna & Ice Baths

Our sauna and ice baths are available to book individually, making them a flexible option for members who want to add recovery sessions to their training routine. They can also be included as part of a membership plan for those who want regular access.

Class Schedule

Stay on top of your training with our class schedule, showing upcoming group sessions and available training times. Find a session that suits your week and book your next workout with First Class Fitness.

Testimonials

A fab community-centric gym with great facilities and amazing staff and members alike. I’ve been a member of FCF for the last 9 months and believe it’s worth every penny. The classes are my favourite thing about the gym; they’re tough but still good fun and are only taught in small groups. Katie & Steven are also so helpful and are true experts in their field. I have progressed so much in such a short space of time I can’t wait to see what 2024 brings. Couldn’t recommend FCF enough!
